FINAL CONCERT VOICE RESIDENCY — ENSEMBLE CORRESPONDANCES

An exceptional selection of mentors are on hand this year for the ten or so singers of the Voice Residency: in addition to Darell Babidge, chair of the voice faculty at the Juilliard School of Music in New York, who is attending for the third year running, they will have been coached this summer by baritone Stéphane Degout, one of the Académie's most illustrious representatives, and pianist and vocal coach Marine Thoreau La Salle. For their final concert, Sébastien Daucé – who will be joined by a woman conductor in residence – will take up the reins with the Ensemble Correspondances, giving these talented young artists the chance to perfect their Baroque style and technique in an anthology of French and Italian arias.
