As a subscriber, you will be able to request an exchange of your tickets without a fee, by phone up to 72 hours before your performance for another date of the same opera or concert, or for a different opera or concert.
The exchange must be made by phone at 08 20 67 00 57 (€0.12cts/min) or +33 (0)4 34 08 02 17 (from abroad) during the opening hours indicated here.
Subject to availability. To facilitate your exchanges, we recommend opting for electronic tickets rather than thermal tickets when making your reservations. If the tickets have already been printed, they must be returned, crossed out and signed, in order for us to proceed with the exchange.
Tickets will be available as of 7 April 2026.
Please note: No booking requests will be processed by email. Thank you for your understanding.

** You must stay within the same seating category for each performance in your subscription package.
If the category does not exist for an opera or concert, we will automatically assign you the category below or above for that performance.
For examples:
— You choose a subscription package in category + and include BLUEBEARD’S CASTLE, for which that category does not exist: we will automatically offer you category 1 for that production.
— You choose a subscription package in category 2 and include ACCABADORA, for which that category does not exist: we will automatically offer you category 1 for that concert.
