[ CLUB CAMPRA ] 15 YEARS IS SOMETHING TO CELEBRATE!

Fifteen years and forty partners will be joining forces for a great celebration, opening a new chapter in the history of Club Campra. The Club supports the development, in France and throughout the Mediterranean, of the Passerelles department’s initiatives for the discovery of opera and artistic practice, of actions led by the Mediterranean Youth Orchestra, and of the production of operas by the Festival d’Aix.

On 13 October of this year, on the stage of the Théâtre de l'Archevêché, mezzo-soprano Adriana Bignani Lesca and pianist Nino Pavlenichvili performed a double programme, including arias by Gioachino Rossini, Kurt Weill, Sebastián Yradier and Jacques Offenbach, and Afro-pop songs. The partners and teams of the Festival will retain a lasting memory of this joyful evening. This one-of-a-kind, participatory concert, performed with a close interaction between the artists and the audience, immediately became an unforgettable event in Club Campra’s history!
