MILLE PLATEAUX

“This installation is based on the marks and memories of visual and musical effects. In the darkness of a large space, wide and transparent veils are suspended and installed in staggered rows. Numerous blurred calligraphies are projected onto these veils like celestial threads. This is my writing, the one I use to compose my music but totally disconnected from its technical context. In a sense, this music is written for aesthetic pleasure though it is not intended to be read, and is reproduced by means of the IanniX software developed by Thierry Coduys and Guillaume Jacquemin. The accompanying music broadcasted by the loudspeakers is a “sculpture of wind”. These natural tones are the earliest I remember...”
