In the ideally warm and intimate setting of the Conservatoire, the great French baritone Stéphane Degout and the Diotima, faithful companions of the Festival and mentors this year of the Académie's Voice and Instrumental Residencies, will be combining their talents in an unusual configuration and programme of works for voice and string quartet. Night will be the guiding motif of this contemplative and deeply moving evening.
