The exchange must be made by phone at 08 20 67 00 57 (€0.12cts/min); +33 (0)4 34 08 02 17 (from abroad) during the opening hours indicated here.
Subject to availability. To facilitate ticket exchanges, we recommend you choose e-tickets rather than thermal tickets when booking. If the tickets have already been printed, they must be returned, crossed out and signed, in order for us to proceed with the exchange.
*Attention! If a performance at the Théâtre Antique in Orange is cancelled due to bad weather, the following evening has been reserved as a backup date for that performance (as per the Chorégies d’Orange terms and conditions in the event’s downloadable 2025 programme). If you decide not to attend this rescheduled performance or opt to attend a different opera or concert in Aix-en-Provence, the Festival will not issue a refund. For this reason, we encourage you not to book another opera or concert for this backup evening. Thank you for your understanding.
