ORCHESTRE DES JEUNES DE LA MÉDITERRANÉE

For 40 years, the Orchestre des Jeunes de la Méditerranée (OJM) has been creating large orchestras to support the development of the most talented young artists in the Mediterranean basin. The OJM is historically committed to intercultural dialogue and the rapprochement of cultures in the Mediterranean, a contribution to peace that is more necessary than ever. It relies on a cooperation network that shares its values and facilitates the recruitment and mobility of artists in the Mediterranean.

PASSERELLES

For 15 years, Passerelles, the department of cultural initiatives of the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, has worked towards the inclusion of a wide range of audiences in the life of the Festival, by offering numerous outreach, awareness-raising and amateur artistic activities connected to the region. In an ongoing collaboration with its partners, Passerelles engages throughout the year with 4,000 children, teenagers and adults across the entire region (47 towns in the Région Sud-PACA) and in over 193 community, educational, health and social organisations.
