Can’t make the performance?
The Festival has put in place a bourse aux billets (ticket marketplace) to help you contact potential buyers, in complete security, via our website. You set the resale price of your own ticket at anywhere from 50% to 100% of the original purchase price. You can change your mind at any time, and remove your ticket from the marketplace with a single click. If the ticket is sold, you will be refunded to the credit card you used for the initial purchase. For all other payment methods, you will be reimbursed by bank transfer after you have provided us with a statement including your bank details (IBAN + BIC). If the ticket is not sold, it will remain valid for the performance.
To put your ticket up for sale, connect to your personal space and click on ‘resell tickets’.
Note that only e-tickets may be resold.
