A GUIDE FOR GREEN FESTIVAL-GOERS
Actively engaged in environmental sustainability for over a decade, especially via the eco-design of sets, the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence has recently undertaken an ambitious strategy to reduce its environmental footprint. Thanks to awareness-raising activities with Festival teams, an energy audit, a carbon footprint assessment, a company mobility plan, training sessions, and special working groups, the Festival has developed a comprehensive action plan, to be implemented over the coming years.

— Water bottles are allowed in all areas and during all performances of the Festival d’Aix. Drinking fountains are also available for your use. Just ask any member of our reception staff for help!
— If you come as a couple or as part of a family, consider taking only one printed programme for the group, and place it in the designated recycling bins after the performance, to help us reduce the impact of our printing.

HELP PRESERVE FESTIVAL VENUES
— Bins and ashtrays are available at all Festival locations. If you need assistance, just ask any member of our reception staff!
