Alongside its opera program, the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence offers a wide and exciting range of concerts.
At the Grand Théâtre de Provence, Sonya Yoncheva will be making her Festival debut, revisiting the world of Baroque music with Cappella Mediterranea and Leonardo García-Alarcón, while Benjamin Bernheim will be combining lyricism and poetry in a novel programme featuring Massenet, Bizet, Duparc, Puccini, Verdi, and Berlioz, with Qiaochu Li. Thanks as well to you, the festivalgoers, for your loyalty and enthusiasm!
For this 78th edition, nearly 64,000 of you came to applaud our 5 opera productions, including a world premiere; 2 concert-versions of operas; 16 concerts; and 39 events during Aix en juin. The 2026 Festival d’Aix featured 27 preludes to performances, 17 ‘Midis du Festival’ and 3 professional group events.
