INDIVIDUAL PHILANTHROPY

The Festival d’Aix owes its creation to the mobilisation of its donors. Thanks to their philanthropic spirit, our donors are at the heart of our commitment and participate directly in the realisation of our ambitions. Join us: Your support is vital!

BECOME A MAJOR DONOR OF THE CERCLE LILY PASTRÉ
In honour of Countess Pastré, the first patron of the Festival, the Cercle unites philanthropists who share a common love of opera and who, through their substantial contributions (€25,000 per year or more), commit to supporting the Festival and any of its specific projects of their choosing.
They benefit from a tailored recognition and awards programme based on their personal interests and from a special relationship with the Festival team and management.

JOIN THE CERCLE INCISES
The Cercle Incises for Contemporary Creation allows philanthropists and art lovers to get a close-up, step-by-step view of the artistic process involved in creating a new opera.
By joining the Cercle Incises this year (for donations between €5000 and €25,000), members are supporting the world premiere of The Arab Apocalypse, an opera based on the eponymous epic poem by Lebanese-American author and painter Etel Adnan, to be performed at the Luma Foundation in Arles on 4 and 5 July 2021.

JOIN THE CLUB DES MÉCÈNES
For more than a decade, the Club des Mécènes of the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence has united a group of over 200 donors of all nationalities who are passionate about the Festival and wish to help promote it in France and abroad (for a gift of between €900 and €15,000).
It offers its members numerous benefits, such as personalised priority booking, and invitations to special events and meetings during the Festival and all year round.

YOUNG DONORS: BRING OUT THE PHILANTHROPIST IN YOU!
New to the 2021 edition, the Jeunes Mécènes of the Festival d’Aix (under age 40) help create the opera of tomorrow while building a unique relationship with the Festival d’Aix and with the young artists of the Académie. During a dedicated week, from 4 to 10 July 2021, they enjoy a unique programme of privileged events and discussions with young artists from the Académie along with exclusive access during the entire Festival and throughout the year.

Memberships: Solo (€300) / Duo (€500)
