Telephone and Internet booking fee: €3,50. Tickets can be neither refunded nor exchanged. Booking is limited to 6 seats in categories +, 1, 2, 3, to 4 seats in categories 4 and 5. Please check the performance dates, times and venues on your tickets. Casts announced may change; cast changes give no right to ticket exchange or refund. Some seats do not guarantee surtitle visibility and may offer a restricted view. Performances begin at the time stated on the ticket. In order not to interrupt the performance, latecomers can only be seated during an intermission or interval if there is one and their seats are not guaranteed. No refund or compensation will be given for performances interrupted after the halfway mark (excluding intermission). If a production is cancelled, ticket refund claims, excluding booking fee, will only be accepted upon the presentation of the original ticket and during a period of 30 days after the end of the Festival. The presence of audiovisual equipment in the room does not in any case modify the service offered by the Festival. Such a presence cannot be evoked as the cause of ticket cancellation and does not generate any rights to indemnification or reductions of ticket prices. Due to the presence of photographers and audiovisual recording equipment at the Festival, spectators may be photographed or filmed, which each spectator is aware of and accept.
In accordance with the Vigipirate security alert system, security measures will be stepped up around Festival d’Aix-en-Provence performances. There will be a visual bag search and security archways will be installed at the entrance of performance venues. To ensure procedures can be carried out smoothly, we recommend that you arrive early. Suitcases, backpacks and bulky luggage will not be allowed within the venues. Thank you for your help and understanding.
