Many thanks to the audience, the artistes, technicians, partners and journalists! We are happy for having shared with you this 68th Festival d'Aix-en-Provence which has ended on 20th July with the closing concert of the Mediterranean Youth Orchestra and its tour in Marseilles, Italia, Croatia and Slovenia.
This summer over 75000 festivalgoers attended 5 operas and lyrical productions, 18 concerts, 48 symposiums, conferences and professional meetings, 56 concerts, conferences and master classes of the Académie and 62 events of the Festival AIX EN JUIN.
A 68th Festival which has been very present online and on the airwaves and of which all the operas have been broadcasted on Arte, France Musique, France Télévisions, Mezzo, Arte Concert, Culture Box, Medici.tv or The Opera Platform. Così fan tutte, Pelléas et Mélisande and Kalîla wa Dimna have been screened on big screen in 73 cities in France and abroad. Così fan tutte, Il Trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno, Kalîla wa Dimna and the SolOmax concert with Raphaël Imbert have been recorded in 360°. The closing concert of the Mediterranean Youth Orchestra has been broadcasted live on Youtube.
