How to book ?

In accordance with the Vigipirate security alert system, security measures will be stepped up around Festival d’Aix-en-Provence performances.  There will be a visual bag search and security archways will be installed at the entrance of performance venues. To ensure procedures can be carried out smoothly, we recommend that you arrive early. Suitcases, backpacks and bulky luggage will not be allowed within the venues.

General terms and conditions

Telephone and Internet booking fee: €3,50. Tickets can be neither refunded nor exchanged. Booking is limited to 6 seats in categories +, 1, 2, 3, to 4 seats in categories 4 and 5. Please check the performance dates, times and venues on your tickets. Casts announced may change; cast changes give no right to ticket exchange or refund. Some seats do not guarantee surtitle visibility and may offer a restricted view. Performances begin at the time stated on the ticket. In order not to interrupt the performance, latecomers can only be seated during an intermission or interval and are not guaranteed their seats. No refund or compensation will be given for performances interrupted after the halfway mark (excluding intermission/interval). If a performance is cancelled, refunds (excluding booking fees) can only be made on presentation of the original tickets, and can only be claimed within a month of the Festival closing.
